By accessing or using kmfazle.dev (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This website is provided for informational and portfolio purposes. It describes projects, experience, writing, and work samples associated with K M Fazle Rabbi. Project descriptions, demos, links, repositories, screenshots, and availability may change over time.

I make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but I do not guarantee that every demo, repository, link, or description will always be available, current, or error free.

You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K M Fazle Rabbi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Site.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, my total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

I may update the Site or these Terms at any time. When Terms change, I will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
