Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how K M Fazle Rabbi ("I," "me," or "my") handles information when you visit kmfazle.dev (the "Site"). The Site is a personal portfolio website. I do not sell personal information.

Information you provide. If you contact me by email or through a form on the Site, I receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message content, and any attachments.

Resume downloads. If you use the resume download feature, hCaptcha may process information to help verify that the request is legitimate. I do not receive your full hCaptcha challenge data beyond what is needed to confirm verification.

Automatic technical information. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may collect standard technical information, including browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, referring URLs, pages visited, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP address.

I use information only for reasonable site-related purposes, including:

• Protecting the Site against abuse, spam, or automated misuse
• Understanding general site performance and usage trends
• Complying with legal obligations when required

You may choose not to contact me or use optional Site features. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided directly to me by emailing km.fazle@proton.me. I will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal or security limitations.
